Entrecard Review: Boost Targeted Traffic With Entrecard Free Advertising

After signing up not that long ago I'm already seeing a lot of traffic coming from this service. Best of all it's completely free and easy to use. Entrecard is a website that is similar to what BlogRush was, basically you are buying and selling 125x125 Ad space using a virtual credit system. Every member has the space for a "card" on their website, it must be placed near the top of your site so people can actually see it.



Once signed up you can then shop around for which sites you would like to place your card on by category. The categories are well thought out and this results in getting relevant traffic to your website. You are also placed in a category, when someone purchases your space you can choose to approve it. When the ad runs on your website it runs for one day. You then get a credit for the day it's being displayed. The amount of credits you earn depends on how many cards you have waiting in your queue. Therefore, the more popular the site the more people are going to be in the queue to have their ad displayed, the more it's going to cost you.

Alternatively you can also earn extra credits by "dropping" your card at other member's websites. To do this you just find their Entrecard widget and click "drop" under it. You should see mine to the right, if you're not a member you won't see it. Each time you drop your card on someones blog you will earn 1 credit. Which isn't much but at least there is a method for gaining credits if you don't have a very popular blog. Apart from earning a credit from dropping, your card will be shown in the owner's inbox. Increasing the chances that blog owner will visit your site and return the favor, and doubling the chance they might wanna advertise there.

Here's my top reasons why you should join Entrecard.
1. It's almost guaranteed traffic if you take part in the program. I wouldn't recommend it otherwise.
